Armed with two highly advanced hydrophobic water-displacement devices (or possibly foam pool noodles painted silver—we genuinely don’t know), this fearless feline patrols the streets searching for rogue puddles, suspicious moisture, and patches of wet socks waiting to happen.
No puddle is safe.
No splash zone is too large.
No unsuspecting pedestrian shall suffer damp ankles on their watch.
